Information we process

Contact and purchase details, licence information and linked stores, support enquiries, and technical data needed to operate and protect our services. If you join the initial stores programme, we also process your feedback and optional rating.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits, page views, traffic sources and performance, including visits from the European Union. It does not use analytics cookies or persistent identifiers to track you across sites. Figures are aggregated and may omit visits blocked by the browser. Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Why we use your data

To deliver and manage licences, answer enquiries, provide support, collect product feedback and meet applicable legal obligations. Purchase and licence management are connected to providing the contracted service.

Purchases through Hotmart

Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Hotmart under its own terms and privacy policy. EU Warranty Ready uses the purchase information needed to deliver and administer your licence. Subscription cancellation and refund requests are separate actions.

Providers and data access

We use technology providers to host and process the data needed to provide the service. The controller of EU Warranty Ready is based in Argentina. Some providers operate internationally, so processing is not limited to a single country.

Retention

We retain data as needed to maintain the customer relationship, manage licences and enquiries, and meet applicable statutory retention periods. Initial programme responses are used to track participation and improve the product.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion and any other rights available under applicable law by contacting support@euwarrantyready.com. If you consider that your personal data has been handled improperly, you may complain to Argentina’s Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) or the competent data protection authority. Support enquiries and refund requests have their own channels.

Changes

We will update this policy when the services or processing conditions change.

Optional Pro measurement

With your permission, we count Free/Pro comparison clicks, prices visible for at least two seconds and clicks to Hotmart, with the page, language, source category and selected plan. No name, email, IP address or persistent visitor identifier is stored in these action records. A random identifier lasts only for the open page. Your permission or refusal is saved in this browser for 180 days and can be changed using Measurement settings in the footer. DNT and GPC disable this optional measurement. The report covers 90 days; older action records are deleted on the next reception. With permission, a source category is also passed to Hotmart and retained with the existing purchase record if Hotmart returns it. This does not identify an individual visitor. Cloudflare visit statistics remain a separate measurement.

Optional Free feedback

Selecting a star in Free sends your private rating to EU Warranty Ready immediately. You may close the questionnaire without answering more questions. “Send details” adds the optional answers and comment to that same rating. A random response identifier, an edit token and a revision support reliable delivery and updates; they do not identify an installation, account or visitor. The receiver retains only the token's hash. Please do not include personal data, store addresses, passwords or keys in comments.

The separate “Help improve this feedback form” setting is off by default. With your permission, it sends anonymous counts of invitation views, form views, explicit closes, submission attempts, confirmations and failures, limited to the feedback interface on EUWR administration screens. Each event includes a screen category, a fixed detail/error category and an independent random retry identifier. Events are not linked to ratings. No store address, user identifier, customer/order data, IP address or browser user agent is stored in the feedback event database. Network providers necessarily process requests under the hosting arrangements already described in this policy.

The preference applies to the current WordPress user for 180 days and can be withdrawn in the same control. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control override it. Withdrawal stops future event collection and clears pending events for that user in the browser. Previously received anonymous events cannot be associated with an individual. At most 50 pending events remain in browser storage, expire after seven days, and are removed when the feedback interface next checks its queue; retries occur on a later eligible page or when connectivity returns. No pre-consent activity is sent retrospectively.

The team's private portal shows aggregates and optional comments for the last 90 days. Older responses and events are deleted on the next respective receipt or consultation. Counts are actions from people who opted in, not unique visitors, installations, downloads or a complete conversion funnel. Feedback and measurement are optional and do not change Free functionality. The independent public WordPress review link is the same for every rating.
